Hiv and oral sex

Hi

I would just like to know what you think my risk of exposure was I had oral sex without a condom both giving and receiving with a guy since the exposure I have had chronic watery yellow diahreah so watery it looks like urine and nausea I haven't had any other symptoms the highest my temp goes up is 99.5 and the watery stool has been going on about 2 weeks maybe more are these symptoms of acute hiv as been reading and on the internet it says one of the first symptom is the diarrhea I think I'm just anxious i am waiting to get tested cause exposure was 23rd September and I asked the guy and he advised me he is negative please help

Would that 2 weeks be conclusive for urine

I had a urine culture done 2 weeks after the exposure and that came back negative

No HIV risk, risk for STD though.
