Oral sex - HIV transmission?

Recently my friend (well educated and aware of health) met with a woman. Due to temptation he put his penis inside the mouth of that woman. He do sex in her mouth and ejaculated semen in her mouth. Then he removed his penis out. This all done in less than 90 seconds. Immediately within 5 seconds he cleaned his penis with plenty of water with high pressure and again after 5 minutes he cleaned his penis with soap and water.

But he noticed minute rupture on his penis from the teeth of woman, and this is the main cause of concern for him. This rupture also disappeared within very short time (may be 12 hours).

My friend is perfectly 100% healthy, because he had done all kinds of medical tests before few days and everthing is normal. But the woman is unknown to him. He is sure about his health but dont know about that woman.

He is scared somuch and after 48 hours this incident, he go to check infection in urine. Chemical Analysis of urin was excellent no abnormalities or infections found. Also, no any physical symptoms existing on/around penis.

First time in his life time, due to temptation he did like this and now he is in psychologically worried too much. Is this any serious problem, which can bring sexual transmitted deseases like HIV, HBS OR other STDs
Pease answer.

Thanks

Thanks for your answer. By this time it was almost one week. But no any kind of physical symptoms on penis. Also, no burning in urine. Everything same like before.

Is it a good sign or bad?
Thanks

There is always the possibility of risk through any type of sexual activities, whether it be oral or full intercourse.  I would consider his risk very low but there is still a risk.  His best bet would be to get tested for all the STDs just to make sure his status is the same as it was before.  good luck
