Oral sex, HIV & Syphilis infection

Good Day everybody !

Before all, I'll mention I always try to keep my STD/HIV transmission risks to a minimum.

Anyhow I had protected anal sex with a guy, and sucked him for a bit without a condom on. He didn't cum in my mouth. About a month later I saw a weird sore develop in my mouth (gross)...then went to a clinic specialized in STD's and consequently got injections for Syphilis (which I apparently got from sucking him even if he didn't cum).

Just wondering...if syphilis could enter my body through receptive oral even though I didn't have sores in my mouth, does that make it easier to get HIV from him (if he has it) because he did gave me that other STD ? Heard viral load was higher if another STD is there..

So when I'll get tested in a few months for HIV (knowing unprotected oral was my only exposure), the result will be negative ?

Syphillis is from a bacteria and much easier to transmit than the HIV virus. The moderators and experts on this website will say there is no risk from oral sex for HIV transmission
