Oral sex and real symptoms, more than worried!!!

Dear Doctors, I'm 28 years old man,Please i need your advice, first of all sorry for my bad english and thank's for the wonderfull job you'r doing.
and sorry for the long story but really i need your help !!
in 11 aug 2011(4pm) i had an encounter with a trans for the first time (SW so high risk, stupide i know) and i had unprotected oral sex ,
active and passive:
Active for less than one minute obviously without ejaculation and maybe without precum also and passive maybe for 3 minutes (unprotected) in which he inserted his tongue into the lining of uretra many times although i told him i don't like that, and after protected anal.
The day after i felt some burning sensation in my penis which remains for 3 days, here started the anxiety i went to internet to see if is the case for PEP, and i found in front of me a swiss site (www.aids.ch) that consider oral sex
as a safe sex in case of non ejaculation into the mouth, any way the burning sensation continued so i decided stubily to go again to the same (SW) and ask about her status and obviously he told me he is ok and he has a boy friend and he cannot play (who knows???)
however, in the sep 3 2011 i started to fill sleepy, in sep 5 2011 i went to regional clinic for CBC and HIV test and hepatit B Ag. CBC Shows that WB cells are high (near the upper limit, 10.5) and HIV 1/2 (SD bioline HIV1/2 3.0) & HBAg both negative.
sep 10 2011, i thought that i m feeling well so i went again to same clinic  for CBC which shows that WB is going to decrease 8.8,i thought that the infection is going to be ok,but unfortunatly isn't the case.
sep 11 2011, swollen and painfull lupmh node on the left side of my neck, two days after 2 swollen lymph nodes behind my knees, joint pain in my leg, fatigue, headache, two white spot  in the interior parts of my cheeks (both parts, not painfull,i don't know if is called sores) in my mouth , no fever, no rash,no dry mouth,i don't know about sorethroat cause i'm a smoker.
Till now 6 oct 2011, i m feeling sleepy, mild joint pain, white color on my cheeks still there, mild headache.
I know exactly what's your opinion about oral sex and the reliabilty of the symptoms, but anyway when you have a full coincidence with the timing and the most part of symptoms (symptoms after almost 22 days) it's very hard to forget it especially when you feel some symptoms till now .
Actually, i m sure that i'm positive cause of this direct contact between tongue and the opening of the penis for 2 minutes, maybe it creates some scratches and the virus could come into blood more easly.
Any advice from your side ??
Thank's again for the wonderfull job.

If you want to get an answer from the doctor then pay your $20 on the expert forum and ask the question.  If you want save yourself the $20 simply search medhelp on oral sex and HIV.  You will see the answer never changes from people who contribute on this forum or the experts forum.  It just isn't a risk.
