What are my risks - Do I need to test?

Hello,

Last night I got drunk and I had a Mexican girl over to my hotel and she gave me a blow job for about 20 minutes.  She played with her vagina and then inserted her finger in to my anus while I masturbated.  Her fingers had her vaginal fluids on them when she inserted her finger into my anus.  I also fingered her and french kissed.

This morning I can not stop thinking about what I did and now am worried that I cought an std.

Should I test for HIV and Hepatitis?
Should I be worried or just forget it happened.

I have a wife and do not want to infect her with something.

While some of the long standing responders have left, and we all miss them, those of us who ARE here answering questions every day, are  knowledgeable and experienced, too.

The risk of spreading or contracting HIV from anal fingering is much lower than from vaginal fingering, anal-penile intercourse, or penile-vaginal intercourse. This is because HIV is spread through the exchange of certain bodily fluids via open cuts or mucous membranes. Unlike the genitals, fingers do not have mucous membranes; therefore, the only way to contract the virus via the finger would be from a cut or scratch.

I would recommend testing at 28 days post this exposure with a 4th generation DUO test. You will need a confirmatory test at 3 months (12 weeks) for a 100% conclusive result.
