Oral sex question.

Hello I am a bi sexual man that gives oral sex to a male friend of mines from time to time.He ejaculated into my mouth,I spit it out but I think I swallowed some. Im worried about my hiv risk. I read that getting hiv through oral sex is not possible. A friend of mine told me it's new studies that say men could have blood in there semen that the eye might not be able to see and if it is you can catch it that way.Now I'm even more nervous..I have gum disease too if that matters. Would giving oral sex with ejaulation in my mouth be a risk? If my friend had blood in his semen that i couldnt see does that put me at more of a risk? Thanks in advance.

Semen and blood are both contagious if a person were to be infected (+). The fact is that neither would infect you through the mouth. Your gums don't make a difference.

Your friend told you wrong. You had no risk. Just remember to use a condom for intercourse.
