Please curfew reply on my last message about how it's transmitted through female to male

Via the urethra.

Again, use of condoms eliminates this concern.  You have had extensive advice about this situation in the past, and I don't have further comment since you already know the risks and test protocol.

You asked if there was another test available, and my answer is no. Just follow Curfew's advice because there is nothing left to say.

Is there is any other test available than 4 th generation test to detect the same early and should be conclusive

Or I am getting paranoid unnecessarily I don't know last two times also immediately after the session I got paranoid same is the case now though for oral sex I know about the issues and causes from reading journal and expert advice here but when it comes to unprotected vaginal sex I get paranoid and disheartened to whom to trust or whom not to trust

No one here can guess what her actions/concerns mean in regards to her HIV status.  PEP is a decision best made by you and your doctor.

That I know but CSW concerned only about being pregnant is or can shows some indications of she not being affected with the virus

No one can tell you anything different than you were told the last time you were here with the same risk.  Get tested.

PS - use condoms and you won't have this worry again.
