Oral sex with a male, plus sore throat in 8 days, Am I at risk of HIV?

This is my first post ever on this forum. I joined as I am in grave anxiety, unable to do anything properly. I recently met a gay male of Brazilian origin at a gay bar in London and took him home for sex. I had protected anal but unprotected oral sex with him. We did 69 and removed our c**** from each others mouth just before ejaculation, of course I could taste the pre-cum in my mouth but the semen was drained outside the mouth.
On the 8th day post-exposure I developed a very sore throat with intense pain and dry coughing, I went to a doctor and didn't tell him of the exposure due to embarrassment as he is known to my family and is a committed Jew. He checked my lungs and said they were clear, he said I didn't have swollen lymph nodes after inspecting below my jaw and neck and said he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics  and instead gave me an oral rinse for gargling to reduce inflammation or pain. He asked if I had fevers and I said no as I didn't feel feverish at all. I asked the doctor why would I be experiencing these symptoms and he said 'it could be a virus'. This scared the hell out of me.

My parents love me too much and I am deeply worried whether I am experiencing ARS!!?? Please can someone tell me if only dry coughing and throat pain can be associated with ARS? Does ARS come before 2 weeks like on the 8th day after exposure. Please shed some light on this. I fear HIV more than anything else in this world.

I gave oral sex to a guy once in late 2005, or early 2006. He didn't ejaculate in my mouth- I barely swallowed my own saliva. However, I'm not sure of his status. In 2007 I noticed brown spots on the bottom of my left foot, a raised brown lesion on the top of my right toe, brown spots on the inside of my hand and underneath my arms. I'm beyond terrified, because the lesions resemble those of (AIDS Related) kaposi's sarcoma. I've read on the net that ks usually appears after hiv has substantially weakend your immune system. Is it possible to have ks, or AIDS two years after possible exposure? I've never had anal, or vaginal sex whatsoever, nor have I ever swallowed semen. Please help... I havent slept well in years.
