Oral sex

Hello!
I gave oral sex without condom on Saturday  night to a man and I swallowed some of the se men after ejaculat ion
I also had protected vaginal sex with him
I went to an STDs public hospital (greece) for emergencies last night and told the m the above, they gave me pep medicines but told me that the incident was very low risk and also told me to come back today morning to see the doctors of the hiv specialized sector of the hospital and there the doctors would decide if I had to or not continue PEP medicines.
So today I went again to the hospital and after telling doctors about the incident , the director of the clinic said that I don't have to continue the PEP medicines because there is almost no risk. And they suggested me to take a test in a month from now.
What do you think?
Do I have to do something else?
Is there any risk?
Thank you!

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, hand, maybe blood, maybe cuts, penis, etc. ) . You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you ANSWER "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
If you still have questions about your risk, after reading all of the above, then it is because you didn't answer the QUESTION above.

You can't get hiv when you use a condom for vaginal.

Although when someone ejaculates inside the closed mouth, there isn't air. Is it?

The mouth has saliva which inactivates the virus and air is present which inactivates the virus. Think about the only ways someone can get HIV. They are truly within the body when in the vagina, anus or through a vein with shared needles to inject drugs. No one in the history of hiv has gotten it from oral sex. Not a single proven, documented case.
Thank you!
To remove all air, you would need a vacuum pump. Your mouth isn't a vacuum pump, otherwise all the skin on the cheeks and tongue would get very sore from the pressure required to remove all air and you'd need a clothespin over your nostrils and duct tape around your lips to get your breath including any in the lungs sucked into the pump.

Then why many claim that oral sex is a way of transmission?
Thank you

I don't know. Maybe the same reason people claim to have seen aliens.
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so don't pay attention to what posters with no medical training claim they read on other sites or we will be here arguing all day. You have searched the net plus you talked to the doctors but aren't satisfied with anything you've heard . The only reason he said to take a test is because you are wasting his time with your fear questions about a non-event, so he wants you to test and leave him alone.
Consider therapy so you can try to live a normal life, instead of living in fear because you subconsciously hunt until you find someone who scares you.
You are right! Thank you!
