Dr. Hansfield, Should I be so worried?

Hi. I am a 20 year old, heterosexual, white, non-drug using, American male. I have had 11 sexual partners who at one time or another I had unprotected sex with. All of these girls have been white, non-drug using, american females ranging from ages 16-19. Most of the sex I have had has been in commited relationships in which I trusted the girl to be clean, but I have had single unprotected acts with 6 of the 11. I'm really only terribly concerned about 2 girls in particular because I have heard they "get around." I had sex with one of them once, and sex with the other girl three times. All ended in ejaculation. I am generally healthy. I haven't had a fever or been sick in a long while. The only health change I have had in the past year or so is thinning stools and sometimes some annoying post nasal drip. For some reason, anytime I see a bump or bruise, I immediately think I have HIV. Are my worries warrented? Should I put myself through testing? And perhaps most importantly, do you think I run a high-risk life style? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is not the doctor forum, if you want to speak with a doctor you need to post in the expert forum. Click "forums" and then click "HIV prevention" but on the side that is the "expert" side.
