get a test at 6-8 week and move on
Unsafe sex in my case consisted of full blown sex without condoms and inter-vaginal ejaculation over a course of four days.
Hello,
You say you had unsafe sex. Mind if I ask exactly what you consider unsafe?
The antibiotics will not interfere with the HIV test.
However, even with the p24 testing, 2 weeks is probably a little too early for a reliable result, although any negative test is good news.
If you have trouble waiting the full three months then a repeat test at 6 weeks will give you a close to conclusive answer.
I have been reading about HIV testing a lot for several months and essentially all of the doctors and literature I've encountered have said that virtually no drugs (with possibly the exception of immunosuppresant drugs used for organ transplant patients) can affect the accuracy of HIV antibody test results (antigen tests as well).
