PCR RNA test after 15 days

I had unprotected oral sex with a new partner and whom later i found out he is Hiv positive. During the course of exposure he did not eject any cum in my mouth. I got so scared so i went and took a PCR RNA test after 15 days exposure and my result come back negative. I also test for hepatitis a, b and c and the result is also undetectable. How reliable is this test? is my test conlusive. I am so worried and i can't sleep at night. Please help

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
