PEP - Diet

Hi,

I am currently taking PEP (Truvuda and Isentress).

I don't want to mess with the medications and want them to work most effectively, so wanted to ask if I should follow any dieting guidelines. 1) Are there any foods I should avoid? 2) If tolerable, is it better to take the medication on an empty stomach?

Thank you

There are no food restrictions on those two medications.

I would look up the package insert online because they are all available online. That's what any doctor or pharmacist would be looking at if you asked them.

There are no doctors here. I suggest that you search the internet for the package inserts/prescribing information.

Ask the doctor who prescribed your PEP.
