PIN

An incident happened in my office today as my colleague was about passing a document to me he got pricked by a pin on the document, before he could tell me about the pin I strechted forth and put my hand right on the pin as I collected same from him and we were both bleeding. Is that a RISK as it's a cause for concern because am worried and I don't know his status.please educate me.

A PIN can't infect anyone, it take a hypodermic needle connected to a syringe to cause a possible infection.

So if I am getting you right,it means the pin has to go deep into the veins to be able to infect someone, regardless of possible blood contact. Pls is that it ?
