PLEASE HELP ME

I have a 2 cm long wound,I do not remember it
Yesterday,I went to a sauna massage points,I've touched your vagina massage workers and I knew she was having a period
After I shower at home and discovered the wound in me shoulder had torn the skin and dried blood marked.I began to fear
please ,let me know.if she was intentionally using powerful massage menstrual blood on my wounds cause bleeding
is it really is a threat to me
I need to test ??
wound is not deep but have the blood

Contact with menstrual blood put you at that high risk ONLY when you had UNPROTECTED vaginal sex with her. At your cases, it's no HIV risk.

Anyway, if you worry about getting HIV from there, you need to know first that if you want to get HIV through wound, that wound will first have to be VERY BIG that you should've been actually in hospital rather than being with the massage worker/masseuse.

I have read have said that contact with menstrual blood at high risk
her hand with menstrual blood on a strong massage to broken skin with bleeding wounds .Is this risk ??

No HIV risk from there and therefore no need to get tested for HIV because The HIV virus would've been made uninfectious first by the air?? although the wound was bleeding

If the wound was small, it would've healed first and blocked the HIV transmission, if there's any.
