Particular frottage

Hi all!
I am here for 2 activities I did in a week. First, a week ago, I brought one escort girl at my house. As I didn't have condom and didn't want to **** her neither, I just fingered her, kissed her, sucked her nipples, she gave me a blow job too but what scares me is : for cumming, I rubbed my penis on her butt during five to 10 minutes. we were in the darkness, at the end after I cummed, I switched the light on, I noticed some wounds on her butt, not bleeding, not fresh, probably caused by the scabies. Second, yesterday, I performed frottage again with a CSW, at the end I noticed I got 2 scratches on my foreskin by rubbing. My concern is : 1. Do the contact of my dick with those lesions during frottage putt me in the risk of acquiring hiv?
2. If she got a scratch on her buttock also yesterday thru that frottage, is some contact of our 2 scratches expose me to the risk of catching hiv?

Since last friday, I am experiencing, a heavy diarrhea and some muscle and joint pains... I am so scared. Do you guys think it is not related to my sexual activities? This happens exactly 3 weeks after I rubbed my penis against a wounded buttocks. The symptoms and the delay Sounds like a primary infection of hiv. Please help me and reassure me.

This is not an anxiety support forum, and we are not here to give continual reassurances.  You didn't have any risk for HIV, so whatever medical issues you are experiencing have nothing to do with HIV.
Thank you a lot.  I move on!

These things are not a risk for HIV.  HIV is transmitted in specific ways which include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Frottage will not transmit the virus as air is present. These thing you describe are of NO risk at all. Rest easy.
