Scared and going paranoid

I had sex with a girl I acquainted at a bar a few nights back and she is a sex worker. I took her to my hotel and had sex with her. Oral (me receiving) and vaginal insertion. Both were with a condom, and I had caressed her Vagina before inserting. I have no reason to believ that the condom had torn as it was intact after i ejaculated and the girl had to take it out. I also had a few scratches on my fingers but had a band aid on them. Both the scratches were very recent - only 2 days old. Now I am going mad thinking that I may have gotten infect with HIV either while having sex or through my cuts on my fingers. My query is (1) am I at risk of being infected with HIV (2) do I need to undertake any tests (3) if yes what is the earliest date that I can get a test done irrespective of the cost of the test? Please help.. I am very disturbed and fretting I am a married man with a lovely wife and 2 beautiful kids and it just happened due to my drunkenness and regretting it very badly.

You used condom for your sexual exposure so you have zero risk of HIV.

(2) do I need to undertake any tests
No, you don't need to test as your sexual exposure was safe.

(3) if yes what is the earliest date that I can get a test done irrespective of the cost of the test?
No test is required you are HIV Negative.

There is no need to worry. Be happy and live your life happily with your family and always be safe while having sex with stranger as you did in this situation.
