I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker, 3 weeks later I start to have peeling skin on my fingertips (almost all fingertips), I am so worried can this be a symptom of hiv infection? I have no rashes on my palm only peeling fingertips. They dont hurt or itch. Doctors said they are just caused by dryness. Just want to clearify that can HIV cause fingertips to peel?        thanks
