I had unprotected sex with someone i dont trust on sunday around 1 am and i poured beer on my private and got a bath and started pep at 6 hours after exposure, i then had sex with my gf at 1 pm that same Sunday after 12 hours could i pass her hiv on hiv which was on my penis

You wouldn't be infected with, and pass on HIV within the same day. HIV doesn't "live" on your penis. People are infected with HIV by fluids like blood and semen that are INSIDE your body, and contain the HIV virus.
I don't know why you poured beer on your penis. That does absolutely nothing at all.
DO NOT have intercourse with your girlfriend or anyone else until you have finished PEP and have tested conclusively negative. It is irresponsible and dangerous to put other people at risk.
