worried about hiv

Hi!
I live in Italy and i am 33 years old.
I had one unprotected heterosexual encounter with a guy 3,5 years ago.I dont know his hiv status. In this 3,5 years i was never ill...i feel and look healthy and my cbc and differential blood count are perfect(i check that every 6 months).I got married 3 years ago and my husband is hiv negative.I completely forgot
about that episode..until i got pregnant and doctor told me that it is a normal procedure to be hiv tested in pregnancy. Now i am very worried..i read everything on internet...and i realise that everything is possible. Also i read that in pregnancy hiv test can be false positive. And also that odds after one heterosexual encounter are very low. What do you think? Is it possible that after 3,5 years ..I dont have any symptom...and that my limphocytes are high..and that i never get not even a flu???sorry for my english.Thank you.
