Personal Situation

I have posted in the past regarding the possibility of delayed seroconversion in my personal situation.  I am deteriorating physically fairly rapidly but have continually tested negative far outside the window period.  I have had major congestion , head like cold for two years straight which never goes away and is getting worse,  I am getting major pains through the back of my ribs, I am extremely nauseated ( have the feeling I am going to vomit).  I am getting major sharpe pains in my wrist and shoulder, like deep bone pain.
I have had multiple , multiple HIV antibody tests and two negative HIV PCR DNA tests.  I have however shown to be IgM defficiant which means I develope initial antibody responses slower to viruses.  I am getting weaker and sicker,  I have had oral thrush twice, as well as a week long flu like illness with fevers of 102-104 during the course of my situation.  I am not trying to be difficult but I am getting weaker and sicker by the week and I wanted some advice and opinion.
1.  Is there any way that antibody tests could continue to be false negative in my situation?
2.  Can a HIV DNA test not be able to detect virus in an infected individual?

you have tests that prove...WITHOUT A DOUBT...that you dont have hiv.

if you are having health concerns, work with your dr to find the cause.  it's not hiv related and therefore not a concern of this forum.

Get yourself tested for EBV and/or CMV. I went through the same ordeal, done countless amount of STD blood test known to men and to no avail. Decided to dig in deeper into the core issue that led me the discovery of the two viruses mentioned above.
