Pityriasis Rosea - early hiv symptom?

The website below states the following: "Pityriasis rosea appears to be predictive of HIV seronegativity."

http://****.nlm.nih.gov/MeetingAbstracts/ma?f=102229787.html

Can someone please explain what that means?  The definition says this:
Immune status consisting of non-production of HIV antibodies, as determined by various serological tests.

I appreciate anyone's assistance.  Thank You.

It's BS alone with the person that posted it.

sorry teak...I am not following your comment...the information is BS or my question is BS?  I would just like clarity on what that means because it doesn't make sense to me...sorry.
