Pl help!!! Do I have the Risk ?

Hi Experts

My situation is bit complicated.

I was helping a infected couple for about 2 months prior to the exposure. In between that period I had an unprotected vaginal intercourse with my girl friend whom i belive is clean.
I am very much anxious and read a lot about the symptoms on internet and feel that most of those occuring in me.

Persistant head pressure (mild to moderate)
Body aches (mostly in hand, leg and sides of my shoulder) for few days, now its not there except occastional cold flashes in random places.
White coated tongue and Tasteless mouth for past one month but no throat infection.
I get night sweat only on head occastionally, and rest of the body feel cold (only if i cover head to toe, otherwise no sweat). I think i have very light burning sensation in body during the sweat times.
Weight loss of about 1.5 kg, despite of my normal eating (my weight now 65.5 Kg)

Also during initial days of these patches of skin on my upper shoulder appeared different, which the skin doctor attributed to usual dry skin thing in winter. but still that spot if slightly different in looks than normal skin.

few(aorund 5) spots in my left forehand appeared to have subsided after bump eruption looks flat than the normal skin.

No rashes observed
No throat infection
No fever felt

even eruption of some bumps on my forehead, knees of hand and leg annoys me. i am too much scared and sacred to death.

After possible exposure(sex  I took antibody test after 25 days, 35 days and 50 days. all are negative. I also took a DNA PCR test after 35 days, in which also no virus detected.

My doctor says there is no risk in my exposure and adviced not to worry too much. All these are due to my anxiety and depression effect, can it be so?

Should I trust the DNA PCR test taken after 35 days (or)
the antibody test taken after 50 days can be considered conclusive?
