Please, advise on my situation

I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal contact with woman on 13 of August. Since that time I experienced many symptoms: swollen l/nodes, repeating pharyngitis in throat and pharyngomycosis in mouth, pain in the side. At the same period I passed many tests and amongst them five Abbott Architect 4 gen. (on 17, 51, 58, 66, 72 days). All tests are negative. Despite this mentioned symptoms do not let me stay in calm.
Please, kindly respond below questions:
1. To which extent five Abbott Architect tests taken on the days from 17 to 72 can give an assurance on non-infection?
2. Is it possible that antibodies are not still elaborated in detectable quantity, even if you have such many symptoms lasting in 2.5 months period?

Thank you.

Thank you. You are so kind)
So, in your practice you have never observed/heard about the cases when person did many lab tests (gen. 4 and 3) within 10 weeks with negat. result and afterwards, got + in 11th or 12 week?

Thank you.

Dear RubyWitch

Could you kindly explain me why the microcuts contacting the vaginal (actually, it was not menstrual, but presumably, the blood from small mechanical action during act) blood cannot be a gate for virus?

2nd question. A lot of sources say that oral sex (even for penetrating person) is not safe way from thr virus. Do you mean that this approach is virtually reassurance by them?

Thank you again.

A "micro cut," which I assume you had for at least several hours before your sexual encounter, would have been very superficial and healing from the inside out would already have begun by the time any fluid MAY have come into contact with them. Also, any fluids that DID come into contact would have been exposed to air and temperature changes and any virus would have been rendered inactive. (Unable to infect) For there to have been even a slight risk of transmission, your "micro cuts" would need to have been MAJOR WOUNDS that were deep and  bleeding profusely. Then the blood from your partner would have had to IMMEDIATELY enter the wound. Since your "wound" was actually a micro cut from a razor and the fluid had been exposed to air, you had no risk.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. Even if there are mouth sores or bleeding gums. Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect)
There has NEVER been a documented case of ANYONE contracting HIV from oral sex.

Oral sex IS a risk for other STD's and anyone who engages in oral should have a full STI panel done at least every three months for prevention.

NO. Your "micro cuts," which you are not even sure existed, are not a portal for HIV.

Some possible menstrual blood touching your shaved pubic area is not a risk for HIV. That is just not how HIV is transmitted.

It is extremely unlikely your test results will change from day 72 to day 84.

If the condom did not fail or slip off, you NEVER had a risk for HIV and did not need to test.
Your tests so far are an excellent indication of your status, which is negative because you never had a risk to begin with. Test at 84 days for 100% conclusive results FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

Oral sex can be a risk for other STD's and I would recommend you have a full STI panel done now.

Thank you for valuable comment.

I am also scared of possible microcuts from shaving pubic skin 3 hours before I had a sex. Frankly, I did not see any noticeable microcut or even a little blood after manipulation. But the fact making me nervous is that just after sexual act I saw some vaginal blood on the bottom of my penis - on shaved area. Could it be a gate for virus? As I mentioned, I did not notice any cuts or blood while shaving.
2nd question. How reliable is the bunch of my 4 gen. tests (the last was on 72 day) for exclusion of infection? Can this result change in a week or two?

Thank you.
