Help please

I need some help. I am so worried.

I had skin to skin message. No sex was involved. She had under underpants on all the time.

I did kiss her nipples there was allot of gel on so I am not sure if there was any breast milk.

The next day or two I had itchy lips. 2 weeks later 4 red dots appeared on my leg near to my feet. They were not itchy at all and after a week or two they just went brown and can be pealed off.

My face was red and felt high temperature but that also went off within a day or two. Apart from that I am not feeling sick.

I do feel abit of itchy on my body and muscular pains. That may be because I am thinking about it too much.

Can this be sign of HIV?  It's been 4 weeks since.

Please reply. Thanks

Relax. No sex = no HIV. You need to have had unprotected vaginal/anal sex to transmit HIV. all the other activities that you mention carry absolutely no risk .

Thanks for replying back. I was worried because of kissing her nipples and in case there were any breast milk or cuts involved.

Should I worry about that?
Nope.
Thanks for replying again.  I also have white tongue. I am so worried now because I have read that could be sign of HIV?  Or can it be sign of any STI?  Thanks again
Reread the advice repeatedly until the full message is clear, focusing on the word  "no", instead of rephrasing your questions for no useful purpose.
Thanks again for replying. Previously I contacted NHS sexual helpline and they said breast milk can transmit hiv. My tongue is white and spots at the back of my tongue. I'm not sure what that is.
It can transmit - to INFANTS who are breastfeeding, not to adults.  Adults cannot get HIV in this manner.  Whatever is going on with your tongue has nothing to do with HIV.
It seems all the rest of your symptoms were psychosomatic and went away so likely this one is too if you stop studying it.
Probably everyone's tongue looks like that, so maybe because you are frightened you are confusing it with breast milk.
Again thanks for all your replies. I'm gonna tomorrow and take hiv all other tests. Hope for the best nothing positive comes up. It's been 4 weeks since the incident how good would be that result if that comes negative?

I am just not sure why my tongue is white with black spots at the back. I also have a rash on my arms.

I am really worried.
You need therapy which might be able to give you instant relief. You have no medical training so they can explain to you that you need to accept the science of germ theory and rely on doctors. You are harming yourself with your insistence on self-diagnosing, because you are trying to invent your own terrifying science.
