Please advice urgently, low blood count

My exposure is as follows, we used a condom she has had for about 2 years, I checked the expiration it said 2012/13, can't remember.

Vaginal intercourse took place for only a couple of seconds, before intercourse we grinded on top of my penis, so the condom was no longer a "tight fit" it was a big stretched out on my penis, but it was still on.

I ejaculated inside her and as far as I know the condom caught the semen, I even inspected the semen for holes after I took it off in the bathroom.

Here is where I'm frightened, I never get sick much but over the course of a year I've been seeing this girl  we've had oral sex, and she told me has has had unprotected vaginal sex a couple of times. Something weird has been happening to me, i've been feeling extremely weak and tired, so weak that the doc says, I have low blood count, and I can hardly even move sometimes.

My questions,

is there any correction between low blood count and possible early symptoms hiv?
also, I read on here the chances of contracting hiv from a single episode of unprotected vaginal intercourse is about 1 in 10,000 or 1,000 i forget, if this is the case, why do so many people contract it on their first time unprotected?

Also, please advice on my situation. thanks.

you were not exposed to hiv in that encounter.

hiv is transmitted only when a lot of variables are satisfied like viral load of the HIV +ve person
existing STDs, etc.who told you many people contract it on the first time?.it is very uncommon.

Teak didn't answer your questions because they have no context. You don't have an HIV concern. You should just forget about HIV and move on with your life.

Now I'm scared, a google search shows a correlation, is this for new exposures, ARS symptoms or what?????
