Please help

Please help me figure this out. 3 weeks ago I had protected anal and vag sex. The anal hurt and I was sore for a week or so. The vag the next day was painful also I guess due to his size. It didn't last long but I was sore after. Im allergic to laytex. I was fine for a week then I got diarrea like crazy! It caused me to have a rash that is still healing. After looking at it I thought it might have been sore open spots. Few days later I got chest tightening and difficulty breathing. and what I figured was a yeast infection. That cleared but my panties made my skin sensitive so I got a sore near the genital area. I have been googling hiv like no other and am so freaked out. The next day I got a swollen lump node under my arm.  Ear pain and headache. went to doc yesterday and told her everything. She diagnosed me with IBS and upper respitory infection and gave me antibiotic that seems to help. Also topical for rash.  Idk if its anxiety but I'm so freaked out about hiv. I've been thinking about death. I know I have to wait 6 weeks but idk if I can make it. I don't know the guys status and he pulled out even with a condom on but I'm afraid I had open lesions from forcing it. I'm so scared and can't sleep or eat

Does Pre cum contain enough of the disease to infect someone? I'm exhausting all options at this point. It never touched me but  just curious.  So sorry if I'm being annoying. I have a young son and very concerned why I'm having these issues

hiv is transmitted through...
UNprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

CLEARLY you can see that you had NO risk.  any "symptoms" you are experiencing are NOT hiv related.

KUDOS for using condoms ! ! !

From online I found fatigue, genital ulcers (not sure if anal or not), headache, fever, night sweats, yeast infection, swollen lymp nodes, rash, and chronic diarrea. I have several of these which is why I'm so scared. I read that they don't normally occur but I don't know why this is all happening to me at once. I've been stressed lately and this is making it worse

Do't see any symtpoms that would add up to HIV.

I sure hope so. I don't have a fever and fatigued. All the symptoms add up to HIV exposure. I want to cry thinking about the possibility. I'm so scared

You had protected sex. There was no risk. There is no need for testing for that incident. :)
