Please help hiv risk

I am really stressed. It has been almost three years and I could not test because I am afraid of the results. It all started when I heard someone I know got hiv back home. All of the sudden it got me thinking that I have hiv. It all started three years ago when my friend and I went to Vegas. One day, he brought a sex worker at our hotel room and I was waiting outside extremely drunk and only remember little things. Anyways, when he finished with the woman he called me so that I come in when I walked in I saw the woman naked and she seemed to get dressed to leave the room I directly went to my bed without even changing my clothes and I remember my friend going to take a shower at that moment I really don't recall anything. so I am thinking that I had unprotected sex with the woman before she leaves or she got the chance to poke me with a needle while I passed out when my friend was taking a shower. I called my friend six months later ( when I started feeling stressed ) and he confirmed that I did not have sex with the woman that night but I think it happened or she poked me with a needle when my friend was taking a shower before she leaves the room. I have never had sex in my life but I think I either did it that night or I got stabbed with a needle! six weeks after the exposure: I got a fever and dry cough later on the three years period I got mouth ulcers, headaches, neck pain till now, swollen lymph node in my left armpit, weakness,................ Now, I really need help because I've had enough. Please, what do you think I should do?

There isn't any information that anyone can add to this thread without being repetitive. If you have concerns, please take a test.

We can't help you with "what if", irrational thoughts and anxiety.
But my concerns weren't answered! Is it possible she injected me while sleep or its in my head? Has anyone got it from being in my situation? I am Not trying to waste anybody's time. I just want to know then I will make my decision to test or no. Please, this is my last post just answer my concerns and thats it ?
Your problem is your irrational fear. No one here can help you and as simple as james and i have said. Just get tested. Otherwise you will be asking the same question over and over. If you get a negative result move on with your life. If you cannot accept the result. You need to see a mental health professional. And why be afraid of testing, not unless you had unprotected sex with someone who is positive. Again more reason to test. This forum cannot help you anymore. Get tested or just suck it up!

Has anybody got HIV through complete stranger injecting you while sleeping? I just want to know if this happens in the real world or not! I have been doing my best to avoid HIV. Never had sex in my life. Never had drugs as well. That's what I know about avoiding HIV. But now I believe she injected me while sleeping (drunk). I am so terrified to take test.... :(

Thank you but I want to know if I really need to test or Is it all on my head ? Could this happen or not? Has anyone contracted HIV through getting injected while sleeping! Please, I need Facts!
As you've been told, if you're concerned, go take a test.
Guys, I really appreciate your help. I am pretty sure I didn't have sex that night,however, I am worried that I was injected with HIV blood whilst sleeping (drunk) by that woman. just to refresh your memories, my friend had sex with her then he called me ( I was waiting in the lobby ) I went directly to bed while she was still in the room getting dressed. Now, I am worried she got the chance to inject me with a syringe or needle while sleeping. Is it logical to happen? Is it irrational thinking? Should I be worried? By the way, this thought came to me three years after this incident. Am I crazy?
I don't think so. Also, people really do not think to do things like that.
