afraid of being infected

hi i think i might have being infected heres my storie december 20th i was having protected anal sex with a friend at his house  we used toys i was using mines he was using his. we  had anal sex me being insertive part with a condom.  on December 27th if i might remember correctly a develop an onset of chills and diarrhea with fever of course that lasted 24 hours  a possible bug due to the fact one of my friends had it also a few days  prior of me having it.  on the 5th of January  i went to get tested  just to prove to him that all things were good here had to wait til the 17 to get my results so i got them and all came back good except the hiv which was inconclusive got scared and went to one of this clinics that do the 20 minute test and it came back negative. i ask him if he was ok with all of his blood work told me he was ok. heres my issue either u got all the symptoms or u dont but you dont get them one after the other. but thats my case here is probably my anxiety kicking in which i suffer from for a wile. im at week sis after possible exposure and now a developed a weird rash on my left side of the neck about the size of a quarter. can u help me here do i have a high possibility of me being infected at all?

You never had a risk,you used Protection,therefore your symptoms can't be related to HIV.

You had protected sex and didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.
