Please help with thoughts, scared to death aboout possible exposure.

About 3.5 weeks ago. Got drunk and hired a prostitute. We had sex with protection but the condom broke, and I didn't notice til about 3-4 minutes later.

Then we fell asleep and I wake up with her shooting Heroin in my bathroom.
I have been absolutely freaking since and completely on edge.

The only symptom I have had is fatigue and some mouth ulcers. However, I have been very  very very stressed out.

After all this my ex calls and says she wants to get back together, and I never thought that would happen. This has made me even more petrified cause I have wanted her back so bad.

I took oqrauick at home at 14 and 21 days, both negative. Are these any indication at all I might stay negative? I just need hope.

Please and thanks.

No - it's too late for the PCR test, really.  And it's only a few more days until the 4th generation Ab/Ag test will be accurate and conclusive.  Just get that test at the 28 day mark, which is at 4 weeks for your conclusive result.

The Oraquick would not be accurate at 21 days.  It detects antibodies only, which generally don't start forming that early.

However, it is accurate to state that HIV transmission is not guaranteed and you're more likely to be HIV-negative than not.

Damn.... That must be terrifying! From what i have been reading recently i think you should go and get an Early PCR hiv test. That will ease your fears.
Even though this lady is highly possible to be HIV positive, still the transmission is very rare. All the best and let us know once you get the good news
