Please help

Yesterday I had fingering with girl, no sex, just fingering and than I touch my penis, do I have risk?

HIV virus is neutral outside the body. It's like walking barefoot and wonder if an HIV positive person did not have a cut in his foot while walking barefoot on the same path. You went too far. If you want to have a miserable 3 months go ahead, but you will die of stress and anxiety, not HIV. But don't do that to yourself. OK. Please.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

now do you see fingering / touching penis in that list??????????????????????????
