Can steroid for acne treatment affect on HIV test

I got tested by 4th generation at 4 week / 6 week
and also tested by NAT (nucleic acid test) at 4 week / 6 week

but I used to take steroid drug for acne treatment under control of dermatologist
what I think is it may suppress my immune response to produce antibody
(occasionally take a drug not continuous)

my question
1) can it affect my HIV test
2) if antibody not detected p24 and viral load by NAT can be?
3) is it possible that hiv can not catch Leukocytes to copy itself because of steroid reduce Leukocytes and may affect on NAT result?
