was it possible to get infected?

I am a male,18 years old, living in China. I had an anal sex(bareback) about 3 to 4 years ago with a man,he's about 23 and i don't even have a clue about his health condition.and i also had an oral with him.2 months later, I had a test and the result came negtive.

but this month,on 1-12, i got 4 condoms on the street for free and i used them for masturbation.i found a stick and put one condom on it then i infixed the stick into my *******,and that's when i realised i did something wrong.i was so afraid that i went to the CDC to check again to ensure if the former outcome was right and accurate.and just yesterday, the result came negtive, again.(it has been almost 3 years since my last test)  is it possible to get infected?  if it is not, how can i get rid of the depression? it is driving me mad...
anyway, thank you for your help

You are conclusive for the first incident and you never had a risk 2 weeks ago.
