Possibility of HIV during HIV blood test

Hi,

Yesterday I underwent HIV blood test and the result was non reactive, however I am now worried about the way I was tested. I tested in government hospital which is in southern part of India.  Healthcare worker was wearing a glouse with blood strains on her hands.
The test table in the lab had lot of blood samples (not in cyringe but sample drops over the testing plate.) The cotton-tipped swab which was used for cleansing the hand surface (place from where blood sample was taken) was also not clean.  She used the cotton-tipped swab to clean the surface of my hand before she took the blood sample.  After the needle was taken off there was a bleeding from my hand and I did clean the surface using the same cotton-tipped swab. Now I am afraid of if there could be any possiblity of HIV from the cotton-tipped swab or glouse of heathcare worker as it contacted smale pore which was caused by needle. Please advise if there is any risk of contracting HIV if there was any infected virus on the glouse and cotton-tipped swab which may had direct contact with my hand pore(caused by needle)?
