Possible Exposure?

Hello,

Last night I was entering my dorm building (at a very large university) with three sets of doors, later in the evening i noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the inside side of both thumbs, some bigger clots of blood but spread around in a line nonetheless.  All during that time I had been touching my face and likely my mouth while browsing on my computer.

What I can't tell is if that is my blood or someone else.  I could not find an open wound anywhere on me that would have provided it except for a very very very small potential pinprick/papercut on that area of my thumb-- it is unlikely that type of blood would have come in that quantity from that area without my noticing.

Come to think of it I may have used some Purell on the way into the room but I don't know.  Also I could not find blood present on anything I had been carrying up to the room, but with the traditional way of holding a bag with a handle, that area may not always contact it.

Could this be a potential HIV exposure?

Please let me know what you think, thank you all in advance.
