Possible Exposure..So Scared!! Help me please

Hello Doc, I met a commercial sex worker last week. We had a protected sex. I did suck her boobs though. After that she got on top of me and gave me a ride. (All with a condom) but at a point in time I notice my condom has slipped a little bit down. I am so paranoid at the moment because I have had sleepless nights thinking about possible HIV exposures. I rubbed my penis the following day with alcohol to try and determine if there are any cuts or bruises. But I couldn't find one. I was so paranoid.  I did an ELISA test just four days after the exposure but it was negative. Since then, I already have a flu wgich started before the encounter but it has been accompanied by mild continous headaches for days now. I have read so many forums about risks involved in HIV and stuff like that but the fear in me is enough to blow up an oil rig. As I said earlier, what if there were small unnoticeable cuts on my penis (the part that wasn't covered by the condom) Am I at risk? I had one of my Molars extracted (two weeks before the incident) am I at risk of getting HIV through sucking her breast with that condition too? After sex, to my knowledge I place the condom on a table with the sperm inside but didn't notice any tear.I have been coughing for 4 days now with a mild headache. I have no swollen lymph nodes but those areas do give me flashy sensations that makes me feel I might be developing one.  called back the pimp who gave me the CSW but she said all their girls are clean but what if she is telling lies.  I'm at wits end now. Very scared. So please help me.

You are trying to get us to alter our advice, it's not going to happen.

Your symptoms are nothing like that of HIV seroconversion, you would be in no state to write a reply if you were ...

Forget it and move on, you had no risk for HIV from your recent activity.

I got a question....How does lymph nodes associated with HIV appear? To they appear together with other symptoms?

What? It doesn't matter if you have an elephant growing outside of your kidneys singing Be bop a lula, it is NOTHING to do with HIV!!!!!

The advice you have had will not change regardless of any symptoms you present, stop looking for issues that are not there.

Help me out guys! Do you feel anything when you rub your hand on your cheeks? I mean right on top of your jaw where your molars meet.I started rubbing my hand on my cheeks and I felt something under my chin at that area. (Not on the jaw line)....right beneath my side burns. It's freaking me out. It's not painful but I'm pretty anxious. Help me guys

You do indeed mate, quite often it's guilt that drives us to punish ourselves

Great thing is for you is that you used Condoms which eliminates the risk of contracting HIV.

Whew! Buddy I felt like exploding. I might as well update a journal just to try and calm the nerves of people who have been in my situation. It's Freaky. And sometimes I think our mind causes us to be sick. You know...when you start thinking about all these symptoms and stuff like that

Just to reiterate the excellent advice above, you did not have a risk for HIV.

I had all of your symptoms when I was worried, I am HIV Negative.

Don't give it another thought and well done for using Condoms! :)

Hello Doc, In as much as I appreciate your effort to relieve me of a lot of anxieties, I just want to ask if the symptoms I am having currently are as a result of too much stress. My headache is still mild and continous with a little dry cough. Does HIV symptoms happen all at once? What about the flashy pains that last for about 3-5 seconds just below my chin? Could it be that my lymph nodes are starting to build up and enlarge? I used to take painkillers over the past 3 days until I was advised to because it could affect my kidneys. Sorry for repetitive questions doc, but I believe with your experience you are aware of the kind of stress people like me go through. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
