Possible HIV infection 9 years ago

Hello doctor,

9 years ago I had oral sex ( fellatio) without ejaculation with italin white heterosexual men on vacation in Croatia.
1 week after I got pharyingitis, all symptoms (fever 38 celsius two days and sore throat) gone after I recieved antibiotics (after first pill, 3 days lasted).
I got anxious because I got sinusitis month ago, one day I had 37.5 celsius temperature,  I still have mild mucus from nose to mouth but no other symptoms. I Have feet fungus but mo other problem, i  this 9 yeara I had one flu, one more pharyingitis and 2 sinusitis. Ehrn I called Hiv centre last wek and asked should I get tested, they said I am in no risk, that in this 9 years I would have oportunistic deaseases such as meningitis, pneumonia etc.
Am I really at no risk?
I als o need to say that I had some problems 2 years ago and I was depressed and stopped eating. I lost 8 kilograms but now it is all back. I am woman 29 years old.
Thank you.

Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal sex which you didn't have so you can't have HIV. Oral is not a risk and nothing you can add to your situation will make a risk.
Since you didn't live in a bubble you just caught those sinus issues like anyone else who gets them does.
9 years is a long time to live in fear over something that couldn't even happen, so consider therapy for this HIV phobia.

I know but on internet it is written that you can get it from oral actually.
And I am extremely scared that I have it. Last wednesday my temperature and sinus problems were back, I got antibiotics, I have nail problems expecially on hand thumb, my tounge is white and I am sure it is hiv. Even whrn I called hiv center they told me that I should not worry, that some serious problems should occure between 5-7 years if I haf mo treatment but on internet they write ten. What problems would I have after 9 years if anyone know?
Thank you.
