Acute hiv symptoms

I had open mouth kissing with a bi guy 3/4 weeks ago also he performed oral sex on me and I sucked him for a very short time I came in his mouth I've had a rash on Palm not sure about the body if I have its faint but a very hot neck for a week now no fever or swellings as yet do you think this is acute hiv symptoms or am I just being hyper

Oral sex (and kissing) are NOT a risk for HIV.
Oral sex CAN be a risk for other sexually transmitted diseases and it is recommended that anyone who engages in oral should have an STD panel done every three months for prevention.
