Possible exposure of HIV yo open wound

I have been living in a lot of stress and tension lately and on the verge of breaking down thinking about the contraction of HIV.
Around 11 months back I paid a girl to have some fun.She seemed very young. After getting into a room she first cleaned my penis with water and herself put a condom on it.She started to give me oral sex.
Because it was my first time I didnt go all the way.Didnt have vaginal intercourse or anal. But in the end I fingered her.My finger did feel a bit wet inside her but weather that was vaginal fluid or not I am not sure. And with the same finger i MIGHT have touched the head of my penis or an open wound which was bleeding with the same finger. The wound wasnt very big but was on my penis and i had covered it with cloth to check the bleeding.Although I am pretty sure that I wouldnt hav touhed my open wound ,knowing myself I would have never touched a wound with my finger.
But if unknowningly I did touch the open wound or around it with the same finger. There was no other contact of body fluid direct or indirect.
What are my chances of contracting HIV by just TOUCHING the wound if she was HIV+.Also I have no clue of her having or not having HIV.
Is there any minimum amount of virus required to trasmit HIV.Can HIV survive outside the body for that long.

HELP REQUIRED.....Please .....URGENTLY....

What part of you didn't have a risk is it that you don't understand. If you aren't feeling well see a doctor. It has nothing to do with HIV.

I am reely sorry for questioning you earlier about your qualification.I just read your profile and learnt that you are a paramedic and teach about HIV/AIDS.Because there are plenty of non qualified people out there giving advices.
I was questioning again and again because i called up an aids helpline and told them my situation and they told me i was at a possible risk as hiv can be transmitted through an open wound and mine was bleeding and there could have been a possible contact.
Sorry to bug you again and again because i got reely paranoid and almost started crying. One last question can swollen lymph nodes occur after 11 months of getting HIV.Because i have been feeling some swelling and pain under my chin and in the groin.

No it doesn't happen due to HIV. There is no pain with swollen lymph nodes with HIV.

I really appreciate you for bearing with me and answering my queries. And assuring me of the same. But as far as I have read it is possible that HIV may be transmitted when in contact with an open wound.I am not looking for a negative answer but an explanation as to why if I touched  the open wound with my finger which may have had HIV on it, was still not a risk. This will be my last question regarding this. Please answer as it would just came me down and stop me from getting paranoid.I am reely sorry for bugging you again and again.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

No more questions on this issue.

even if the time of contact of body fluid with finger and finger with the open bleeding wound was just a couple of minutes.I got paranoid because the AIDS helpline in India said that it was possible.I am reely sorry but your help will surely make life a lot easier to live for one worried sick soul.
