Possible exposure very scared

Here's my story
I'm not gay but I decided to try it once I met a guy for a one night stand and we had unprotected oral and protected anal where I was the bottom. I used Trojan ectasy condoms and ky jelly but I noticed when he pulled out the condom stayed in. He told me before we started he was disease free.
My syptoms which I know aren't reliable indicators are after 2 weeks white bumps in throat not soar went to doctor said it was strep started antibiotics bumps never went away then I saw another doctor and she said the I have cryptic tonsils and everything looks normal. I was also having loss of appetite but i think it was due to anxiety. I have never had a fever I know because I have been monitoring my temperature very closely. Week 4 got what seemed like a swollen node under my ear behind my jaw and under my jaw. I started feeling everywhere in my body seemingly finding swollen lymph nodes in one armpit and right side of groin. I took a home access test which came back negative. Week 9 I went to the health department where the nurse said he did not feel any swollen lymph nodes and I was tested for all STD's except herpes. I'm still awaiting the results and am stricken with anxiety. My questions are

1.The condom I used was thin but well lubricated what are the chances it broke or slipped off?
2.Is a home access test at 4 weeks reassuring?
3.should I be worried that when he pulled out the condom stayed in and he didn't use it and ejaculated inside?
4. Am I totally overreacting?
Please I know my post is long but I'm very scared I'm only 19 and really don't want this one night stand in which I took all precautions to ruin my life and need some kind of supportive information.

1...you stated the condom stayed in

2.  any negative test is "reassuring"

3...sounds like it came off during withdrawal and you were protected.

4...protected sex = protected sex
