Possible exposure

Hi, i had oral sex with a men( i'm a guy), when we were done,  i used the same towel that he cummed in it and i used it to clean myself but if his sperm touched my penis and i had cuts on my penis, there is a risk in this or not?

Zero risk because hiv becomes inactive once exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you.Your safe.

You never had a risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
