Possible remaining symptoms after ARS

Which symptoms are more likely to remain after ARS if any. According to some posts swollen lymphnodes might remain. What about myalgia etc.

quit worrying about symptms, if they stay or go it doesn't matter. Get a conclusive test that is the only way
