Very concerned

Anxiety and depression have returned to peak levels which makes me worry and post here again. Following a blowjob I received 92 days ago from an escort I felt very sick and this made me test myself with 4th generation hiv tests with blood from my vein 29/43/51 days after exposure. All tests were negative. After this sexual contact I got HSV-1 ( I went to the doctor and he tested me and I did blood tests ) The sore on my penis disappeared very hard with herpes creams and pills but eventually I got rid of it . I would like to go for a test tomorrow ( 93 days after exposure ) because for a few days I have had a few canker sores in my mouth and my urine smells quite unusual for about 1 month .

1. I am so worried that my HIV test will change.
2. Do I have anything to worry about?
3. If I got herpes from this exposure, did I automatically get HIV?

It is time to see a mental health therapist instead of asking the same question that you have asked in 3 posts last month. Your posts are not logical so there is nothing anyone here can do to help.

You're right! I think I'm going crazy. Anything happens to me I think it could be HIV! I apologize if I've disturbed you with my new post!
You are only disturbing yourself with the scenarios you are fixated on. Get therapy if it continues.
