Pre *** - Anal Fissure/Oral

If you could you advise on the risk of the following I would be exremely grateful

I performed oral sex on a guy who I now strongly suspect to have HIV for approx 5 minutes. He didn’t cum. There may have been pre-cum in my mouth it was difficult to tell. He performed oral and rimmed me until I came. However whilst changing around his penis kinda prodded my ***. There was no penetration, but it definitely rubbed my hole. I have an anal fissure there (hence no anal on the cards). Although I don’t recall it bleeding or being particularly sore that day I cant help but think what if pre cum got into the cut.

I intend to test at 13 weeks. got another 8 to go :(

Nothing that you have brought to the forum was a risk for HIV. You do not need to test for HIV.

So would pre-ejaculate to anal fissure not pose mucous membrane risk?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Hi Teak,

Many thanks for responding so quickly.

Having taken some UK health advice on the web and phone I did come to the conclusion that it was probably in the low risk bracket, but you are saying no risk. What are the reasons for that?

Please note I'm not being pedantic or doubting you, I'm just trying to understand the reasons why you say that
