You symptoms are not HIV related. You have NO risk of HIV.
You were never at risk for contracting HIV in the situation you described.

Dr Frascino ansered a question on environmental blood on the body - from what I read I think you'd need to have your cut in contact with a lot of environmental blood to acquire HIV and he's normally super-conservative.
Also there are many versions of that graph on the web with varying timescales on the X axis and various different curve envelopes. Everyone has a different body so there will be a different graph for each person, that is each person who has HIV.

Also, by this graph, it look like no antibodies would be present until almost day 40, doesnt Dr H say 80% will test positive by 4 weeks?
So basically without a fever this may just be muscle soreness is what I get from this. It looks like fever is present in over 97% of the cases.
