Probability of HIV infection

Hi Doctor,

I am from Chinese Mainland, I just write broken English. I learn a  lot of  information about HIV . I have some questions:  Why only once transmission every 2000 virginal intercourse unprotected for male.? it means HIV transmission is actually hard?? Is it true?  I heard that HIV and HBV are transmitted in the same way, sex,blood andmother-baby transmission  .Compare with HBV, Which virus transmit more easier and why?

In Chinese Mainland, HIV is described as a kind of virus terrible and easily transmission.  Even just one time, you get it.

Thanks for your prompt reply. but i want more details.  Does 1/2000 base on statistics? How to figure out the rate?

sorry about my chatter, because all knowledge i received before come to the forum looks wrong.Till now, in China, no any a doctor can tell me like expert form the forum.
