Unprotected sex in adelita brothel fml

I did a dumb thing nearly 4 weeks ago and have been stressed out of my mind ever since. I had a brief session of sex with a sex worker in Adelita's nightclub in Tijuana. Despite the fact that I spent thousands of dollars in adelita (clearly they ripped me off cause I was out of my mind on substances) Im only concerned with contracting hiv. It was only 1 brief session that I think lasted 5 minutes (I remember about 20 seconds of it). I then came to my senses and got a condom for the next session but Im still so worried and paranoid and anxious and stressed over what Ive done. I spent 3 more nights alone in my hotel in Mexico googling symptoms and scaring my self senseless and I made my self believe I caught something. The only thing I got was sore testicles like 48 hours later and then sore lymph nodes because I wouldnt stop prodding them. I then chewed the inside of my gum out of stress and got one tiny mouth ulcer. Im traveling in the states alone and its been a very stressful time. Any advice? What are my odds?

You can take a duo test after 28 days for a conclusive result. Try to relax until then, because nothing is pointing toward you having HIV.
The first step toward relaxing is to stop Googling because there is no statistic that will apply to your case and prove anything - the more you search, the more fearful you will get thinking "what if?".
There is no symptom that will prove anything either, so stopping the self-analysis of your body will also help.
