Protected sex with CSW

CSW performed oral sex on me with a condom followed by a 10 sec protected vaginal penetration. Should I be concerned about getting tested?

In an encounter with a bisexual male on Feb 28, there was deep kissing and dry humping with clothes off. I am more concerned about this since he could be HIV positive given his sexual orientation. HIV could have penetrated my skin or cuts since I shaved an hour before this. The virus could have passed through his saliva as well. It has been almost 10 weeks, and I feel like I am dying already. I cannot get tested until after 12 weeks to be certain. I am not even sure if I am overreacting, or testing is warranted in this scenario.

What makes things worse is the fact that my gf moved in with me exactly 3 days after this and she had cold or flu. I got sick exactly 2 weeks after my last encounter with the bisexual male. The symptoms were consistent with those due to HIV, and I had sore throat, runny nose, phlegm, stuffed nose, and slight fever 99F.

I was tested negative before the aforementioned encounters, and I am freaking out especially due to all those symptoms that appeared in March exactly after 2 weeks. Am I going to die? I have to be the unluckiest man in the world to have contracted virus through deep kissing, dry humping, and a protected 10 secs penetration. Please help me!

This is certainly reassuring given I am hypochondriac. I do not want to bother you with unnecessary questions, what about all the symptoms that I experienced right after two weeks of these encounters?

Hi Fa, there is absolutely no way you have contracted HIV from what you have described. Please also know that you do not dies instantly from HIV it is a long process and many people with HIV live a normal healthy long life. The opinion you mentioned is created by a stigma which is very often misinterpreted.

You also need to remember most people do not have HIV for example where I am from around 0.5% of the population has HIV. Even if the make was gay/bisexual only 10% of gay males have HIV and that is a very low number in comparison to the number of gay people.

You do not have HIV and testing is not required
