You didn't have a risk for HIV. Herpes outbreaks only increase the risk if you had a risk to begin with, which you did not.
Informing the sex worker that she was exposed to herpes during an outbreak would definitely be the right move, though.

Yes, I’ve already made contact there. So if I have open herpes sores 5 inches above penis area couldn’t some fluid get on that? Thank you so much for reply
