Puncture fro Buckle belt with Vaginal secretion

"Hello Dear.

I had a very strange incident last week, I went to Strip club and got few lapdances. The dancer was grinding on my crotch(Penile) area and she was naked. I noticed that I had some vaginal secretion on my pants. I'm sorry to be so explicit but I'm freaking out! So what happen is when I got home about 6 hours later I went to take a shower and I left my pants on the floor, I came back from showering and I stepped on my belt buckle( Like a nail to close the belt) The nail from my belt buckle puncture my foot deeply and I lost quite some blood. I disinfected with alcohol and now I'm worry that I may have got HIV from secretion possibly on my belt not sure but I had some on my pants!!
Could it be that I got contaminated if indeed my belt had contact with vaginal secretion?
I'm so scared!! I went to hospital the next day and got Decavac vaccine against Diphtheria and tetanus!!
I'm worry because the next day I had fever and joint acke for 24 hours.

Please Help me!!!"

I'm sure the fever and joint ache you experienced was just a side effect of the vaccination.  If you google search "Decavac" you can read what the side effects are.

HIV lives for maybe 2 minutes outside the host (body) no way would this incident resulted in HIV, I have stood on a belt buckle before hurts like hell if you get it on the edge.

there are several reasons why this was not a risk to you:

hiv cannot survive outside it's host (body)
hiv transmission takes place inside the body
hiv is not transmitted via environmental surfaces

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child
